These foods are dangerous for dogs.
Chocolate
Chocolate and cocoa contain a substance dogs can hardly break down. The darker the chocolate, the more dangerous.
Xylitol, the sugar substitute
Xylitol or birch sugar is found in sugar-free chewing gum, sweets and some baked goods. Even a little of it is life-threatening for dogs.
Grapes, raisins, onions
Grapes and raisins can damage the kidneys, onions and garlic the red blood cells. Macadamia nuts are poisonous too.
Cooked bones and medicines
Cooked bones splinter and can cause injuries. Raw pork can carry a dangerous virus. Never give human painkillers.
