Keeping rabbits healthy
Vaccinations, teeth, claws.

Vaccinations
Rabbits should be vaccinated against rabbit haemorrhagic disease (RHD) and myxomatosis, even indoors. The germs can come in via fresh greens and insects.

Teeth
Teeth that are too long or crooked stop rabbits eating. Watch for drooling, weight loss or picky eating and have the teeth checked regularly.

Neutering
Bucks are usually neutered so there are no unwanted babies and the group stays peaceful.

Claws and coat
Indoors, claws often grow too long and need trimming. Long-haired rabbits need regular brushing.
In shortVaccinate, keep an eye on the teeth and find a rabbit-savvy vet.
